Error application is not present.

Hi, i'm new here in Polycom Comunity. 

But I have a problem in Polycom SoundStation IP 7000. When I restore it default configurations, and was finish restore. The Polycom SoundStation IP show the message about error. 

I read many articles about this problem on The Polycom Comunity but i can't understand how do restore for this SoundStation. 

I need step by step to do this.
