Small and barely to hear during phone call

Hi guys,

We have Polycom SoundPoint IP 331 phone setup in our office. There are some user report to me that sometimes when they make call or receive call, the voice going through handset is so small or even barely to hear anything. I've checked the volume setting and it all set to highest.
