Soundpoint IP 2201 11601 001

My office has 6 of these phones and we are all having problems with our phones shutting of and restarting in the middle of calls. For me it happens when I dial out, i get about 2 minutes into the phone call and it shuts off and restarts. For my bosses it happens the same and when I transfer a call to their phones it will do the same. Is this a power issue or maybe internet issue? It's extremley frustrating and would love some help.
