You have now 3 options:
- Compare the provided FAQ post with Polycom community search results or utilizing other external search engines
- Contact your Polycom reseller if the unit is still in warranty and get first level support from them or open a Polycom support ticket.
- Contact your Polycom reseller and purchase Pay Per incident support if the unit is out of warranty.
